Fan privacy

Private access should stay private.

ASMV collects the name, email address, redeem-code activity, terms acceptance, download activity, and optional marketing preference needed to operate The Vault and protect private music deliveries.

How the information is used

• Verify and deliver a fan’s private listening copy.
• Send essential access and download-confirmation messages.
• Prevent code abuse and enforce download limits.
• Send ASMV news and offers only when the fan separately opts in.

Choices

If you use Your Library, ASMV verifies your email with a one-time code and uses a secure sign-in cookie for up to 30 days. Ownership records link your redeemed releases to your fan account. Signing out ends the current library session. Sign-in emails are essential access messages and do not enroll you in marketing.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to redeem or download music. Every promotional email will include a way to unsubscribe. Essential messages about private access may still be sent when needed to deliver the requested copy.

You can change your promotional email preference in Your Library. ASMV keeps a history of those choices and synchronizes them with its email service. Updates in your library may be available to all fans or to current owners of a particular edition.

Sharing and security

Your active library access also allows private album listening. Listening requests are checked against your account and rate limited; they do not spend your MP3 download allowance. Booklet purchases record the PDF edition attached to your order. Purchase, booklet, and album access remain separate so each copy can be supported correctly.

When you purchase music, ASMV records your order, amount, currency, payment status, payment reference, terms acceptance, and library access. Stripe processes card payments on its secure checkout page. ASMV does not store your full card details. Purchase confirmations are essential delivery emails; a purchase does not subscribe you to promotions.

Fan information is used for ASMV’s direct relationship with listeners and the service providers needed to operate email delivery and protected downloads. ASMV does not sell fan information.
